Job Description: B2C Operations Specialist
Overview
SuperFinix Construction Inc. is seeking a self-motivated B2C Operations Specialist to support our service operations across Canada and the United States. This role is actively open, and interviews are scheduled on a rolling basis. The specialist works with internal operational teams to process customer requests, coordinate payment-related workflows, and maintain reliable communication throughout each service stage.
This is an entry-level friendly opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using common office software.
Responsibilities
- Process customer requests, prepare internal handoffs, and keep workflow status accurate.
- Receive customer payments and route information to the appropriate internal department.
- Maintain clear records and follow approved documentation standards.
- Work under manager supervision during probation with detailed task instructions.
- Provide customer-facing updates with professionalism and service-focused language.
Qualifications (Entry Level)
- Strong communication and customer service mindset.
- Attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Problem resolution ability and multitasking capacity.
- Willingness to follow processes and quality standards.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. College-level study is preferred. Any relevant experience in operations, support, logistics, customer service, or payment administration is considered an advantage.
Other Skills
The ideal candidate can communicate clearly in writing and speech, manage time effectively, stay organized under deadlines, and make reasoned decisions based on available facts. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) is expected.

Position: B2C Operations Specialist. Full-Time: $32.80. Part-Time: $32.80. Final terms are confirmed in the formal offer process.
